Job Summary:
Ignite Hope is seeking a compassionate and skilled Trauma Therapist (PLPC/LMSW/ LPC/LCSW) to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide evidence-based therapy to clients experiencing trauma-related challenges, contributing to their journey of healing and growth. This role includes individual, group, and family therapy in a supportive, collaborative environment. Candidate must have a passion for serving the under-served and a desire to work with diverse populations.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide trauma-focused therapy to individuals, families, and groups.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Conduct assessments to determine client needs and recommend appropriate interventions.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care.
Stay current on best practices and advancements in trauma therapy through professional development and training.
Participate in staff meetings, case consultations, and supervision as needed.
Qualifications: **MUST BE PROVISIONALLY LICENSED OR INDEPENDENTLY LICENSED TO APPLY**
Preferred:
Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
Accepted:
Provisionally Licensed Professional Counselor (PLPC) or Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW).

Job: Administrative Assistant/Data Manager
Job description:
About the Role
We are seeking a dependable and compassionate Administrative Assistant to support our Trauma Recovery Center (TRC), a trauma-informed program serving individuals impacted by violent crime. This role is often the first point of contact for clients and plays a key part in keeping services organized, accessible, and running smoothly.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, professional, and comfortable balancing front-desk responsibilities with scheduling and data tracking.
Key Responsibilities
Answer incoming phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and trauma-informed manner
Schedule, confirm, and manage client appointments for therapy, case management, and peer support services
Greet clients and visitors and help maintain a welcoming, confidential environment
Maintain accurate client records and administrative files in compliance with HIPAA
Enter and track service data, outcomes, and program activity in electronic systems
Assist with compiling reports for program monitoring and funder requirements
Support general office operations, including filing, scanning, copying, and correspondence
Communicate effectively with clinical and program staff regarding scheduling and administrative needs
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required (associate degree preferred)
1–2 years of administrative, front-desk, or office support experience
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
Comfort working with individuals who have experienced trauma
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a behavioral health, healthcare, or social services setting
Familiarity with electronic health records or data tracking systems
Bilingual candidates strongly encouraged to apply
